I love it when someone takes something I am thinking about and makes a comical movie about it. Here is an example you may also enjoy.

I feel sorry for all victims of Shark attacks. It must be a terrible blood curdling experience and one I hope to never go through. In the next breath I don’t think there is anything that can or should be to stop these attacks.
I look at it this way. Sharks live in the water, humans live on land. Every once in a while some of us who venture into their world are killed or maimed. I take it as a lesson to the rest of us that it is their world. I also think that certain people should be dropped out in the middle of a known shark area as punishment for their life crimes. People like
Child molesters
Serial killers
The cast of Guerrilla Gardeners
Vic Hislop
Ashton Simms
If we fed the sharks a few dregs of society perhaps they would leave the rest of us alone. They may not taste too good.
I was amused last week at attacks against the NSW state government for not providing a suitable warning system against shark attacks. I wonder if these people ever think before they speak? Or is it just another case of verbal diarrhoea prevalent in so many bleeding hearts these days.
I am happy to see TWO different suggestions from you.
1. Who else should we take out to sea for shark fodder?
2. Explain your design for an early warning shark attack system
Go!

As it stands today Pacific Brands Group (PGB) is worth 16 cents per share. With 502 million shares listed that gives PGB a nett worth of $80 million. Now that is not an awful large amount of money in the grand scheme of things. Why don’t the workers of Pacific Brands and their relevant union people bandy together and purchase say 70% of the available stock. Lets say that the 7000 remaining employees, the 1800 sacked employees and 30,000 people who want Pacific Brands to keep the manufacturing in Australia all do this. Between all these people it would only cost $2062.00 per person to achieve this. Heck, If this were an organised event they can count on my 2 gorilla’s.
With a 70% holding these people would have the right to call a extraordinary general meeting and block the proposed move overseas and keep these jobs in Australia. Instead of organising against the company can’t it be organised to own the company and make the for them. Then, some of these people will own stock in the very company they are working for which in itself can have further benefits.
This obviously can’t happen in every situation where a company makes a decision to move overseas but it is a remote possibility in this one.
What say you Australia?

This Sunday is UFC 96 with Keith Jardine tanking on former UFC Light Heavyweight Champ Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson. Should be a good fight and I expect a knock out somewhere along the line.
Normal rules apply and a newly introduced cover charge of $5 is now payable on entry to split the cost of the events. Old mate remember to bring the Blue Ray of Batman: The Dark Night too.
Main card.
Light Heavyweight bout: Quinton Jackson vs. Keith Jardine[
Jackson by KO
Heavyweight bout: Shane Carwin vs. Gabriel Gonzaga
Carwin is a beast and good wrestler which Gonzaga struggled with against Couture. Carwin via unanimous decision.
Welterweight bout: Matt Brown vs. Pete Sell
Brown by Murder
Light Heavyweight bout: Matt Hamill vs. Mark Munoz
Hamill by TKO ground and pound.
