Well I guess it is time I waded into this Tiger rubbish. As some of you will recall from ‘The Tiger Train’ I stated that.

“He has 14 career major wins, impressive yes but WELL behind the record of Jack Nicklaus’s who managed to win an awesome 18 majors. People keep telling me that Tiger will beat his record easy but until he does, he is not the best golfer in the world. Until then, the GOLDEN BEAR remains the greatest golfer alive today.”

When I wrote this, most people would have thought that he will go on to claim the title of greatest ever golfer and that I was a bit of a moron. As it stands today there must be some doubt that this will definitely happen and my moron status should be put on hold for a little while. I must say that I am even more surprised that a golfers life has made such huge news around the world. He is even major news in the trusted Spiegel which disappoints me a little.

What also confuses me is why these woman have waited until someone else came forward to admit these affairs apparently occurred. Yes ‘apparently’, it is just their word that equates to gospel allowing the media to tut tut tut Tiger all over the shop. Once again the lines of public life and private life are blurred by an ever increasing group of “reporters” and “media organizations” questioning the lives of poppies.

Worse than that, a lot of people eat it up as if it were a matter of life or death.
