I could care less

Published by SJ under General

Is hands down, one of the dumbest expressions in use throughout modern society. If you or anyone you know uses this expression you have a duty of care to ensure this is never said in my presence (or presents to the moronic). A swift knuckle to the jaw will be delivered on mispronunciation.

When I use this line it is usually when some niff nuff NSW/Paramatta supporter is crying to me about their shithouse team losing to the mighty Broncos for example, “I thought the Blues/Eels were hard done by tonight” I would then say “I couldn’t care less champ” notice the “COULDN’T”! I would then fire in some line like “Hope you and your loser team/s realise why you both suck. If you need help, I point you in the direction of your chests where your hearts should reside.” A witty comment ment to indicate that my mate and his team both lack heart……but that is a little off topic.

Attempts to be logical about I could care less fail. Taken literally, if one could care less, then one must care at least a little, which is obviously the opposite of what is meant. It is logical nonsense.

Some say that it is so clearly illogical that to condemn it for being so misses the point. The intent is obviously sarcastic the speaker is really saying, “As if there was something in the world that I care less about”.

I disagree with this sentiment; anyone who says “I could care less” is clearly a MORON! I could’t care less if your opinion differs.

Sad Day

Published by SJ under General

It is a sad day in this country a very sad day indeed. It is bad enough that we have a woman running the show in Qld and NSW but now we have a woman running our nation. I am serious run for the hills!

Woman are hopeless at everything. Proof as follows.

Have you ever seen one throw a ball? Freakin hopeless!

You ever tried letting one of them drive? Talk about take your life in your hands!

Have you ever had one give you directions from a map? If you have I bet you are still lost and it was all blamed on you!

Ever spoken to a woman for more than 7 consecutive minutes? I will save you the effort, all conversations evolve as follows “me, me, me” then after a few minutes “blah, blah, blah….”

Ever watch woman sports? Exactly, what is the point when you can watch any sport at all and see men doing it better! I wager a men’s netball team would DESTROY the best woman’s netball team ever assembled. Though we will NEVER find out because no decent man would EVER play netball.

Ever got on the drink with a woman? 3 drinks and they are hopeless. You would be better off if you took your dog out to flip a few bar mats at George Best’s best session rate.

In the end men are superior in every single way. I am very concerned about the future of this nation tonight. Very, very concerned.

One last thing to Kevin Rudd. You pussy!! You let a freakin woman beat you… THE SHAME!

To all those women out there…. I love you

Butt sir?

Published by SJ under General

Timana Tahu has proven to be 100% correct. The New South Wales rugby league community is full of racist scumbags. Maybe that is a bit harsh but there are some odd issues on display.

During the recent preparation to the 2nd state of origin match Tahu took offence to something Andrew John’s said and felt it was a big enough issue that he would quit the squad as a form of protest. I don’t personally agree with this but I respect his decision.

During the second origin game Luke O’Donnell took it upon himself to dangerously spear tackle Darius Boyd and then headbutt / punch any Queenslander who ran to the aid of their stricken teamate. In my book he should have been sent off, charged with whatever grade spear tackle is the worst, charged with headbutting and charged with striking. He was given a 3 match ban.

(Headbutts)

After his week off, Tahu came back to prove a point and who can blame him. During Monday nights game for the Eels against his old club Newcastle Tahu played an aggressive game and is guilty of a swinging arm to the head of . No headbutt or spear tackle and yet here we are with Tahu facing a 4 match game.

Maybe my outlandish claims of racism are a bit off target but the point remains, O’Donnell commited far worse offenses than Tahu yet he got off far lighter.

Tahu – Swinging arm = 4 weeks

O’Donnell – Spear tackle, headbutts, striking = 3 weeks

(Aparrent judiciary opinion about headbuts)

The judiciary is askew in this area in my opinion. If I were Petrol Seventycentsalitre lining up against anyone this weekend I would be lining them up skull first because it is clear to me that headbutts (as illustrated by O’Donnell & Hayne) are now fair play.

How to pick a fight

Published by SJ under General

You might not have heard of Anderson Silva (I have written about him here a bit before) but he is widely considered the pound for pound best fighter in the world. All the more reason in my mind why you wouldn’t want to upset him.

Chael Sonnen (the current number one contender) thinks differently to me as shown in this highlight package from his recent UFC 115 fight club Q & A session. I find this dude very amusing.

And then came this gold!!

“He is going to be on his back more than a porn-star with a mortgage!” GOLD

Could NSW CHEAT anymore?

Published by SJ under General

Sif it wasn’t enough that their dodgy as dodgy judiciary allowed Jayryd Hayne to get off scot free from on of the most blatant headbuts in the history of the world they are now trying to tell Qld that they can’t play certain players in their side for the final game.

Could it be any more see through?? Apparently angry Australian Rugby League (ARL) chief executive Geoff Carr is considering asking his board to consider rules which would forbid a player who has signed a contract with another football code to play in league’s showpiece series. But as far as the QRL are concerned Israel Folau is eligible throughout the 2010 season.

Carr was furious, accusing Queensland of putting self-interest ahead of the good of the game when it backflipped on early statements and picked Folau for game two in Brisbane next Wednesday after he’d announced his AFL deal.

You OK Geoff? You all right Geoffrey. Grow a heart you sparrow like ginger meg.

Hey Geoff you cheating sooksy la la. It is clear you are on the right side of the ledger in to many decisions off the field for it just to be luck and I am sick of it!

Take judiciary chairman Paul Conlon for example. This NSW loving NIFF changed the rules in delivering his directions to the judiciary’s three-man panel on Tuesday night regarding the Jarryd Hayne headbut hearing, Conlon said they needed to be satisfied Hayne had intended to cause considerable pain or injury when he headbutted Melbourne and Queensland fullback Billy Slater.

For seven years, under the watch of match review commissioner Greg McCallum, the judge’s directions have simply stated the accused only had to cause discomfort. Now suddenly the rules were modified to ensure NSW have all players available to them to try and cheat their way to victory.

I would love to see what had happened if Darren Lockyer been in Hayne’s position. I guarantee he would be sitting out Wednesday night.

THIS IS CHEATING IN ITS MOST PURE FORM!!

Luckily my years of high school handball taught me that ‘truth prevails’ and I expect another dominant QLD performance!
