You have not made a very good case for legislation and laws. In our society we should have the freedom to do what we like but with the safety nets that I have outlined above. You are walking a very fine line, what if legislation was brought in by a govt you didn't support against a past time you enjoyed. You would be singing a different tune then my friend. Try and keep a little bit of perspective instead of jumping to the defence of your beloved Labour, money wasting, over-regulating government.
