One last time – Kick the CAT!
I was disturbed by a number of text messages today from ‘friends’ spruiking the apparent demise of one of my favourite race horses Apache Cat. I am not sure why these said friends so enjoy texting me bad news so gleefully, but I am sure it has nothing to do with my charming personality and modest opinions on almost all things.
Before he was a crowd favourite for the millions of amateur hour punters out there he was a freakin bank to me. All I had to do was lob a bunch of money on him, ring the bell and take the cash, it was all to easy.
A lot of punters don’t rate him but his eight group one wins and numerous race wins were enough for any free thinking race enthusiasts to respect his abilities. Any horse that can win any of the following is a champion but a horse that wins all of these deserves more respect.

A sad day to see him go but there will always be another horse just around the corner. Just don’t have its name on me at the moment.

What are your thoughts on horse racing Robert? It’s a sport so get over it, OR we shouldn’t be so cruel to animals?

Tigger, you have no idea what racism is. It’s usually (not always) only the people who’ve grown up as part of a minority group like me that you truly understand what it really means. You have probably never experienced the feeling of being cruelly targeted just because you look different & happen to better than everyone else at everything!

Dipstick – Fess up, you were cruelly targeted because you are a KNOB – Period! The fact that you may belong to a minority group is irrelevant but convenient to you.
Rob B – Go back at cuddle up to your boyfriend and your cat. Apache Cat is not JUST a horse. It is a champion throughbred, earning in excess of $4 million prizemoney. It was the people’s horse and he will be sorely missed by the crowds.
Jules, sorry for the typos. I’d just had a huge session at the gym & was wasted when I was posting. I was just making the point that because I am Asian I have always been treated poorly by others (bevans are the worst racists in my experience.) I am also far superior to them at everything including sports & studies.
