Sonny Bill Williams Gooooonnnee

Published by SJ at 10:07 pm under General

Softy Boiled Williams can disappear and should never be welcomed back if the latest rumour of him abandoning the NRL is true. What a dirty rotten piece of snot he may be. Talk about getting the wrong people around you and allowing fame to go to your head.

Here is a young kid who has taken his tremendous talent and thrown it in the face of the very people who nurtured and supported him. Fair enough if you were at the end of a contract and made a decision, but this is different. He has just signed a new deal for big money to play on with a new contract but seemingly because things aren’t going well and the team isn’t winning, he is up and leaving.

I hereby issue and open challenge to meet Softy Boiled Williams in a cage fight. Then we might see where a chiselled body and ability will get you…. A floggin!! Its time you learnt boy, you aint bigger than the game! You ain’t bigger than shit, hell you ain’t bigger than one of my shits!

“Nurtured & supported him”….you make it sound so altruistic SJ.
You have obviously never been involved in the corporate world. The Bulldogs organisation has “Nurtured & supported ” SBW only to the extent of the corresponding ROI to the business you naive F@#$K!!!
Oh yeh what a stupid guy SBW is, moving to the most amazing country in the world (we lived there for 2years,) with the most beautiful women in the world on double his current salary!! Lets see how this pans out.

I disagree. Life is to short to let opportunities slip by. It must have taken a lot of courage to follow this option. It might have been better if he told the teams bosss however.

I lived in Franvce for two years look at me everybody I am so graet. I am so superior to all of you…. Iamasimpleman is a fool. Anyone disagree?

Sonny-Bill may have had the identical body to me, but as far as his performances on the football field go, he was super over-rated anyway.
    PS; Hi Rambo/Jethro.

Jerkthro, 2 words for you “SPELL CHECK!” Also, I see you didn’t get much support from the crew to suggest that I am a fool. Not 1 reply to support you!!! How do you feel; friendless?
Megabevan, one suggestion for you; spend less time bodybuilding & more time developing a brain!

Just read this and sort of agree. But you do make it sound like you are attacking him because of his race. Gasnier just did this and you said nothing.

I am with Jethro IASM. You do make yourself out to be a bit of legend. Maybe it is time you grew up a bit young one. The world is not interested in your story and neither am I.

I’m with you Shirvy, he can pack his over-rated bags and piss off.

IASM, if you followed your “it’s business, not nurturing” argument through, you would have to conclude that he doesn’t have a leg to stand on. He signed a contract for 5 years on great money and then decided one year in that he wanted to take his bat and ball and go home. Well bad luck champ. This ain’t the back yard, and you can be out first ball. All this from the bloke who bagged Willie Mason for leaving, just a couple of months ago….

Totally different from Gasnier Rob B. Gasnier had the sense to have a get out clause written into his contract, so he’s done nothing wrong at all. I suggest you owe Shirvy an apology for the racism slur.

Boring, thanks for the legendary comment. My story doesn’t interest you because it is one of success & it only reminds you of the loser that you’ve made of yourself!
Fat One, you have the typical narrow-minded attitude of your garden variety bevan….there’s nothing outside Australia is there?! You have a lot to learn about globalisation & it’s impact on professional sport.
    Gasnier had the “sense”…please!!

SBW has the most unfulfilled potential of anybody in the game. He’s always out with an injury, dancing in the dunny with random slappers or sooking about his on/off again love affair with Mason.

Gasnier & Mason, as much as i hate to admit it are good players. Mason’s not a particularly smart footballer, but a good player.

I’m amazed at the hypocrisy of SBW to leave the Bulldogs mid contract, after he publicly crucified Mason on exactly the same issue. I’ve lost what little respect I had for him. He’s just another of the rats jumping from the sinking Bulldogs ship.

Bulldogs are struggling….they only just managed to beat the bye!

I was actually born outside Australia IASM, so I’m a living example of the great things other countries have to offer.

That aside, your comments are irrelevant. Even if SBW was motivated by the lure of France and all it’s cultural delights (you’re more of an idiot than I thought if you really believe that), you can’t break a contract just because you feel like going to live in another country you clown. And you certainly don’t just hop on a plane and go without even discussing it with the other party to the contract.

I say good luck to all those players who go to Europe (or the US in the case of Sav Rocca and his mate from Geelong) to top up their super at the end of their careers, or even just because they can’t make it in Australia. I’d be doing the same, and enjoying the bonus of experiencing a different culture at the same time.

What annoys me is the fact that SBW thinks he can break a legally binding agreement just because someone else offers him a better deal. He’s be squealing like a stuck pig if it had been the other way around.

    Fat One,
Point 1 – Tasmania is technically not another country.
Point 2 – You are about as great as this website.
Point 3 – My point on globalisation was (not surprisingly) missed by you. I was not talking about the cultural lure of France I was referring to the fact that just because the “omnipotent” NRL believes their contract is internationally binding, does not make it so. (I attached italics to “omnipotent” to indicate that I’m being sarcastic in case you missed that as well!)
Point 4 – Leave then….because you can’t make it here.
Point 5 – Is it different if a team cuts a coach or player before their contract expires???

  11. Fat Simonon 29 Jul 2008 at 8:27 am

Aah IASM, some gold with the Tassie call, very nice work!!

You let yourself down badly with the rest though, were you tired after a tough day cleaning people’s toilets?

Point 2 – The fact that you keep coming back suggests that whether you want to admit it or not, you think this site is pretty great.

Point 3 – I didn’t miss the globalisation point at all tiger, my comments on culture were referring to yours about how France is the most amazing country in the world. Sometimes there is so much to pick apart in your posts that I just have to let some of it go. Whilst we’re on the topic though, there’s a Sydney QC that seems to think that SBW is in trouble. Do you think perhaps he knows more about international law than you?

Point 4 – I may be a fat, beer swilling, gambler, but luckily I’ve well and truly made it champ, so I can afford it. Assuming you actually do make it one day (I’ve got long arms so I can draw that sized bow), at least I’ll be able to say I did it without being an annoying arsehole, and minus my virginity.

Point 5 – You should stick to topics that you nerds understand. When a team cuts a player or a coach it’s either due to disciplinary reasons or they pay them out. Is Softy Boiled going to somehow pay the Bulldogs out for the 4 years of service he’s now denying them?

  12. iamasmartman.comon 29 Jul 2008 at 8:51 am

Fat Tassie One, can’t you read???? I have a girlfriend & we have a very healthy sex-life if you need to know. I am NOT a virgin anymore!!!!! How’s your sex-life since the wife left??? Not so rosey is it “champ?”
Point 5 – Is it OK then if SBW compensates the Bulldogs for the loss of his services?

  13. iamasmartman.comon 29 Jul 2008 at 9:13 am

My apologies Fat One, I misunderstood your CRACK at my virginity. You are correct, unlike you, I am still a virgin with respect to homosexuality……3….2…..1…..GOODNIGHT!!

  14. Fat Simonon 29 Jul 2008 at 6:43 pm

So you were a virgin until the last few weeks IASM? I just want to clarify this so we can put it to bed….

PS. It’s only homosexuality if you take it, so I’m all clear chump.

And yes, I would find the broken contract more acceptable if Softy Boiled compensated the club for the loss of his services. After all, they would’ve been required to if the decision had been theirs.

  15. iamasmartman.comon 29 Jul 2008 at 9:52 pm

I haven’t been a virgin for months thankyou very much!
You are incorrect with your statement on what constitutes homosexuality.
Of course SBW will compensate the club you imbecile.
Are you still feeling confident regarding this “legally binding” agreement you think SBW was in you naive dimwit?? I would recommend that you don’t take your legal advice from a half-baked Sydney Lawyer who is trying to gain some free PR to lift his flagging business. You have no idea about legal or business concepts.

  16. Fat Simonon 29 Jul 2008 at 10:16 pm

And the form of compensation will be??

  17. Velcroon 30 Jul 2008 at 1:51 pm

Please keep going showbag…i can’t stop laughing at you!!

Your best comment so far “I haven’t been a virgin for months thankyou very much!”

  18. Krustyon 30 Jul 2008 at 2:01 pm

And IASM.com will have sex again as soon as his ar5e stops hurting.
