They should be punished

Published by SJ at 9:16 pm under General

I recently had an interesting experience. I was at a bar having a few drinks and was picked up by these 2 fit looking chicks who were from the Australian Netball Team. They took me back to my hotel and proceeded to have their way with me. During the proceedings 5 or 6 of their teamates came in to the room and made some not so nice comments about me but I didn’t object.

The chicks then swapped around and 2 or 3 different ones also had there way with me. During this period a couple of them slapped me on my bottom. This went on for a few hours and ended.

I went to work the next day and told a few of the boys about the experience. They seemed pretty interested in hearing all about it and I was happy enough to give all the details.

A week later I felt that the experience wasn’t sitting well with me and I decided to make a complaint to Police about these girls. The police investigated my complaints against all these girls and decided that they had not broken the law and no charges could be pressed.

Since then I have been upset about this one night over 2,100 days ago and decided I would take my case to the bleeding hearts at Australia’s ABC.

Not surprisingly they told me to F%CK OFF!!!!!!

I am suicidal and can’t stop crying and no one cares….

Dam you Vicky Wilson, dam you to HELL!!

Your point is well-made SJ, if a little loose with regard to the defamation liability risk however. I do a lot of speaking engagements with the NRL clubs, (mainly at the Roosters) discussing points of law & generally setting an example as a clean-living young successful individual. I can tell you that whilst the overwhelming majority of the players are fantastic guys there is definitely a subset who have little respect for women & this needs to change.
Unfortunately for Mat Johns the scale of his celebrity had all but guaranteed that he was to be made a scapegoat based on the unsubstantiated criminal claims of a young lady riddled with her own guilt.

I can assure you that the other players involved in Christchurch will come to light soon. I know who they are & so do a lot of other NRL insiders. It is common knowledge within the player & manager groups.

You think this is some sort of big joke do you. I can’t believe out of all the opinions on this matter clearly stating this type of behaviour is wrong and should be punished you would side with those who commit the crimes. I have had enough of these blokes running around like they own the place. Well I am voting with my feet nobody from my family will be watching any more league that includes origin and tests.

You need to have a good long hard look at yourself if this is the sort of thing you are going to write and believe in.

Listen up Nob, I have clearly the highest levels of morality & intelligence on this site, as well as knowing a lot of the players personally. I am qualified to comment sensibly. You are a stupid loser who shouldn’t even have a family let alone impose your moronic will on them!
Tell me this Nob, are you going to ban your family from watching movies because some movie stars have group sex? What about listening to music?…..guess what some rockstars have had multiple partners!!
Smarten up. It’s idiots like you who raise idiot children. Adopt them out. They would be better off!!

Hey Nob, put down that hamburger…..Jamie Oliver cheated on his wife!

Well as much as it kills me to say it, I have to agree with IASM here. Undoubtedly there is an issue (not just in the NRL by the way) that needs to be addressed. The era of professionalism in sport has left us with young men with too much money and spare time on their hands and unfortunately they often aren’t the smartest individuals going around either.

At the same time, there are large numbers of women who seek out these guys and throw themselves at them. Be honest with yourself and think about what you would do if you were a young single footballer and had girls lining up everytime you went out.

That aside, the suspicion has been there all along that this woman was a willing participant but decided later on that she’d made a mistake. This has now been confirmed by one of her co-workers.

Whilst I feel sorry for her if she has indeed suffered as a result of the incident, and I expect to see footballers punished for any mistreatment of women just the same as the rest of the community, I’m disgusted at what Johns and his family have had to go through as a result of her regretting a decision that she made of her own free will.

He did the wrong thing. End of story. He was married and slept with another woman in a scenario that was very sleezy at best and always had the potential to go seriously wrong. Outside of that, if she participated and bragged about it afterwards, she has no right to blame anyone but herself if she’s changed her mind later on.

    The way I see it.

    1. Girl is has changed her mind after the fact and in life that is just to bad, live with it.

    2. Matt Johns did the wrong thing by cheating on his wife. Has been forgiven, its over.

    3. Players did absolutely nothing wrong if the girl did not object (assuming she was conscious which, if she wasn’t, would have been wrong)

    4. Girl should not be able to make allegtions like this without being named. She is not underage.

    5. Police cleared it. John’s should be able to sue the girl for defamation.

    6. Phil Gould should be stood down permanently for looking like a big crying pussy on national television.

Fat Dumb One & Punchbumhole, you have exhibited a remarkable (& surprising) ability to apply solid logic to this situation.
Fat Dumb One, you particularly impressed me with your strong stance regarding your nil acceptance of the mistreatment of women in any circumstances or level of society.
Punchbumhole, some great points however you were a little insensitive with regard to point 1. The young lady may have been genuinely traumatised by the episode regardless of her consent. Would a reasonable man be able to predict that a 19year old may be upset in the future (after reflection) about what was occurring? If the answer is “yes”, which I suspect it would be, then morally should someone have tried to stop it?

Is am sick to death about hearing this.

Where do all these people get of talking about the moral issue. It is a legail issue pure and simpler.

Have the people in the media are probaly engaged in some very not moral behaviour themselfs but you don’t here about it because it is there private lives
